• Clear photos/videos of the product
• Images of the outer packaging (mandatory for damage claims)

• All requests are subject to verification by the Alcamine team.
• We may request additional information to validate the claim.
• Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

• If eligible, replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.
• Replacement timelines follow standard shipping timelines.

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• In case of approved returns due to Alcamine’s error (damaged/wrong item), return shipping costs will be borne by Alcamine.
