1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most serviceable pin codes in India. Serviceability is determined at checkout based on your delivery address.

If your location is not serviceable, the system will notify you before payment.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, launches), processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-metro / Tier 2 & 3 locations: 3–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Regional restrictions or unforeseen events

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be automatically applied where eligible.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS (if provided). You can use the tracking link to monitor delivery status in real time.

If tracking details are not received within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact our support team.

6. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

  • Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
  • Please ensure your address, phone number, and pin code are accurate at checkout.

Alcamine is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Unavailability of the recipient at the delivery location

Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may require reshipping at an additional cost.

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos/videos of the package and products (including outer packaging).

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution as per our policy.
